Privacy Policy
1. PURPOSE
This policy serves as an understanding between United Allegiance Group, its Discord servers, and its members regarding the information that we collect. The terms “we”, “us”, and “ours” refer to the United Allegiance Group.“You” refers to you, a member of one of our Discord servers.

2. OUR STANCE ON SENSITIVE INFORMATION
We do not condone or accept any behavior from our staff that uses your information to dox, to make public knowledge of, or to illegally obtain your information for malicious intent. United Allegiance Group shall never approve of this type of behavior. Your information shall only be used on our servers and external sites to either establish Proof of Age or to associate you with your Discord ID for website purposes or VIP Subscriptions.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Staff Onboarding -
We obtain information such as DOB, Photo Identification (selfie), or a Government-issued ID from a member of one of our Discord servers during staff onboarding. The information that we collect during this process shall only be used to verify the member’s proof of age and shall not be used to dox or make public knowledge. Other information such as government-issued ID or other forms of identification obtained from a member shall be considered sensitive information. In the event that proof of age cannot be determined or made obvious, sensitive information such as a government-issued ID may be obtained. Any sensitive information such as a government-issued ID or any other form of identification shall not be used to dox or make public knowledge.
Published Content in our Discord Servers -
Messages, pictures, and/or videos that you publish on our Discord servers is considered your content if it doesn’t go against the rules and guidelines of the server that the user is a member of. If in the event that a member wishes that all content be removed and erased, they may send in a request by submitting a ticket.
External Sites -
We collect personal and sensitive information on our external sites. These would include our website and our VIP program, Stripe. The information that we collect on our website shall not be used to dox or make public knowledge. The information we collect through Stripe shall be used to either sign you up for VIP or to continue your subscription and shall not be used to dox or make public knowledge. Members can request to have this information removed by sending in a request for removal or by submitting a ticket on one of our Discord servers.

4. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Photo identification shall be removed/deleted from our server after the Proof of Age process has been completed for any staffing position. Sensitive information such as a government-issued ID or other forms of identification must be removed/deleted from our server. An audit shall be completed once a month to ensure that any sensitive information is removed and disposed of properly.
If a member requests that their messages, photos, videos, etc. be removed from one or all of our Discord servers, we shall use a bot such as MEE6 or similar to remove content upon request.
If a member requests that their account on our website be removed, we shall remove all content and delete the account.
If a member requests that their VIP subscription be removed and all information removed, we shall remove that information at the end of the billing cycle.
5. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any information that we obtain from you shall be known to you. You may ask for proof of deletion of your information. You may message our compliance officer for any sensitive information concerns or questions. If you suspect that your information has either been used or obtained illegally by our staff in order to make your information public (doxxing) or other malicious means, you have the right to report that user immediately through our leadership team or by emailing us directly.
6. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
United Allegiance Group reserves the right to change this policy at any given time for any reason. If changes to the policy are made, they will be written in this section.
