1. POSITION AVAILABILITY
Vacant positions must be available for application before individuals can apply for staff roles. Should a position be unavailable during the application period, applicants will be provided with the opportunity to select from other open positions. Applicants possess the prerogative to either accept or decline the offered position. Upon acceptance, the applicant can initiate training and orientation processes. In the event of a declined position, it will either continue to remain open or be opened for interviews with other prospective candidates. This policy underscores our commitment to maintaining an equitable opportunity framework on our Discord server.
2. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

Equal opportunity is predicated on the principle that all applicants shall be evaluated for positions based on the overall applicant pool. United Allegiance Group and its affiliated Discord servers are strictly prohibited from using any of the subsequent factors as grounds for decision-making against an applicant: race, gender, age (except in instances where age contradicts the underage policy), physical appearance, sexual orientation, disabilities, and analogous criteria.
3. CHANGES TO POLICY
United Allegiance Group reserves the right to change this policy at any given time for any reason. If changes to the policy are made, they will be written out below.
