United Allegiance Group hosted the monthly update for September. The live webinar was hosted on the Discord server, The Social Hub. In the update, the CEO, TheShieldedWolf, discussed previous topics such as member counts, incidents, the support forum and how it works, VIP subscriptions, and much more.

The CEO spoke primarily on member activity, upcoming changes and projects as well as any proposals that were in the works. Since the last webinar, there has been a total of 1 incident but, the Discord automod was able to take of care it without needing moderators. No work has been completed on the Viking Hall or Alpha United Advertising as of yet. Plans are to work on getting the community server and make the server more unique and asthetic-looking. The community server currently has 15 members. With member count being low, the CEO is hoping that the overhaul will begin to bring more members to the server.

The community server has started events again such as Movie Nights and Show Series Events. Some of the titles have included major films or shows including Dungeons and Dragons and even Disney's newly released show, Ahsoka. The community server is currently on season 1, episode 3.

The CEO spoke about many changes that will begin to occur. Many of which include changes to VIP subscription costs, revamped member channels, voice channel renames, and more. He spoke about continuing to build on Discord's built-in feature, onboarding, and making it better for new and current members. Some other changes that still are pending approval are channel permissions revamp to ensure that everything has a place and that all roles have the needed access that they should have as well as channel directory revisions.

Newletters may start to become more frequent as things start to ramp up again and changes start to occur. The CEO did speak about the Q3 Compliance Audit for 2023. The compliance audit occurs every quarter to go over the policies and guidelines that have been set for both staff and members as well as the group organization. Compliance questions and concerns can be addressed in the support forums or by mentioning @compliance in Discord.
